John’s Phone is designed by Hein Mevi and Didi Bok of John Doe to be a tongue-in-cheek ‘basic backlash’ by targeting users who do not want the flashy features of next-generation models. It also named as the anti-i Phone or dumb phone.
I have used my John's Phone as a spare or back-up device and carry it with me in my backpack at all times. The phone has hardly ever been used and can do nothing else but make a phone call. The greatest no-smart phone with fantastic simple design and minimalistic functionality.
My phone book is filled with my most important (emergency) contacts and the pen still has some ink in it.
